Dove Review

When a family moves from California to northwest Canada, it is not easy for anyone in their new surroundings. Greg, his wife, and two daughters, Melissa and Emily, now have a home in the forest where nature can be viewed first hand. Everyone is doing okay except Emily; she hates her school and doesn’t feel like she fits in anywhere. But a surprise new friend comes along and other members of the family aren’t so sure it is for the best.

Masha, an adorable little cub, has lost her mother to an unsavory conservation officer who is up to no good. Emily and her sister become protectors of the cuddly, lovable bear and want what is best for her. When their dad gets involved, the future of their little friend is uncertain until he realizes it needs protection from the man who is supposed to protect animals.

This is a wonderful movie about protecting nature’s animals. Everyone in the family, young and old alike, will be entertained by this story of friendship and love. We are proud to award this movie the Dove Family Approved Seal for all ages.
