Dove Review

“So Help Us God” reminds the viewers that if they are struggling, they can always move forward. This film shows ordinary people dealing with extraordinary challenges, but Grandpa Will, one of the main characters, overcomes these struggles because of his faith. He is a rock to his family and a man of wisdom. His son, Edwin, loses his job after being employed for 21 years, and Edwin’s wife has Parkinson’s disease. Grandpa helps calm her down when she has tremors and helps keep her stable. He is a comfort to Edwin as well.

We are pleased to award this wonderful film our Faith Friendly Seal for all ages. This movie is well worth the time it takes to watch it. It has earned five Doves, our best rating.
