Snowtime

LIMITED RELEASE: To amuse themselves during the winter school break, the kids in a small village decide to have a massive snowball fight. Dove Review

Over winter break, children sometimes get bored. In this charming story, a group of friends decide to have a snowball fight for the fort that has been built. When Sophie, the new girl in town and the leader of the group on the fort, and Luke, the general of the other team, try to capture the fort, the battle begins.

But as the war intensifies, harmless play begins to affect friendships. When one boy decides to make ice balls, the kids decide not to, because they could seriously hurt someone. The battle continues when Sophie’s team puts paint in their snowballs, and it only adds coloring to everyone’s clothes. As the conflict becomes out of hand, a serious incident happens that ends the fun until the kids decide to destroy the fort.

This story provides a lesson in friendship and fun. As the story shows, sometimes things get out of hand and someone gets hurt. “Snowtime” is a charming story. However, although it is appropriate for the entire family, we must warn you that younger children may be saddened that a beloved dog dies. We award “Snowtime” with the Dove “Family-Approved” Seal for all ages.
