Biblical Collectors Series Volume 2

Moses-Man of God
The Bible is the oldest continuous history of any people on earth today. But is it truly history? Can we prove, with any degree of certainty, that the miraculous stories attributed to Moses are factual? Did the power of God, working through Moses, open a passageway of dry land through the Red Sea? Was there, in fact, an exodus of millions of Israelite slaves out of Egypt into the Sinai desert? Can the proof of the biblical account be found at the bottom of the Gulf of Aqaba? After thousands of years of debate, scientists and archaeologists now add new contributions.

Biblical Adam and Eve
The story of Adam and Eve in the book of Genesis is the most controversial story in the Bible. Was the first man on earth really Adam? Did he have a companion created especially for him named Eve? Was there a creator who designed the earth and all that's on it as part of a master plan? Or did he simply fall into place by accident? Many scientists and critics quickly dismiss the story in favor of the Darwinian theory that man "evolved" from some lower species. But what are archaeologists, paleontologists, biologists and theologians saying today? Is the story of Adam and Eve fact...or fiction? The evidence may shock you.

Biblical Rapture
With the dawn of a new millennium, predictions of the apocalypse have reached a fever pitch. Some scholars believe the Bible tells us there will be a marvelous event, called the Rapture, that will separate the faithful from the doubters. Could there be a formula, hidden in the pages of the Bible, for avoiding the dreadful final scenes foretold in the Book of Revelation? Many people believe in the "second coming" of Christ, but will there be a "third" coming as well? The Bible never uses the term, but could there be a mysterious event called the Rapture? The answers are at once hopeful and frightening. Learn who will be left behind, and who will be taken in the Rapture.

Dove Review

Moses-Man of God
Did Moses part the Red Sea? That is one question which is addressed in this documentary. This video also speaks of Mt. Sinai and scholarly attempts to discover the real location. Some of the scholars in this documentary are skeptical about an actual parting of the Red Sea and a meeting with God and Moses on Mt. Sinai, yet others embrace it and give their evidence to support it. Included in this video is an exceptional re-enactment of Moses and the story of the Red Sea and his trip to the top of Mt. Sinai.

Biblical Adam and Eve
Have we found the Garden of Eden? Scholars debate on the location of the Garden of Eden and on the creation of Adam and Eve, with much evidence pointing to its reality. The Bible gives an historical account of man’s beginnings, with Adam and Eve being listed in geneologies. This documentary is fascinating as the scholars search for the Tigris and Euphrates rivers and then search for the missing rivers located near Eden. The video next tackles the controversial subject of evolution, and the viewer will learn that, regarding creationism, there is substantial evidence as well as the agreement of many scholars who lean toward the Biblical story of creation.

Biblical Rapture
The term “rapture,” like the term “trinity,” is not in the Bible, but is the doctrine there? Margaret McDonald and John Nelson Darby taught the idea of the rapture, but this fascinating video reveals that it is a teaching of the early church as well. The idea was in manuscripts as well as on Christian tombs in the Roman catacombs. The best selling “Left Behind” series of books are based on the idea of the rapture of the church. If the biblical prophets have an unblemished record on prophecy, what do they foretell about the coming of Christ? This interesting video ends with the question: “If the Rapture happened today, would you be left behind?”
