The Ten Commandments (Manuscript)

This manuscript focuses on Moses and his ascension from being a leader in Egypt to God's tool as the deliverer of the Hebrew slaves. Biblical accuracy is used along with some story embellishment and dialog which stays within the bounds of possibility.

Dove Review

This script is well written and the story is based on the Exodus account of Moses. Although some plot elements are filled in a bit, for example the story of Moses killing an Egyptian, all of the Biblical accounts are expanded in a logical way which does no harm to the integrity of the scriptures. The dialog is well written and the story moves along very quickly.

NOTE TO THE WRITER: I was impressed by the grammar, spelling, and the power of this written script. The plot moves along swiftly. I know it may be difficult to get it filmed, considering the Robert Halmi father and son team just aired a version of “The Ten Commandments” a year ago on TV. But be it far from me to discouarage you as this is a nicely written script. We wish you the best.
