This DVD is a fun movie to watch. Nolan, the main character, is sort of a “nerd” in his school. The school bully, Bubba, is always picking on Nolan and the other kids. In Nolan’s Social Studies class, the kids are assigned to do a school project on a subject that they can be passionate about, something that they would like to change. Nolan decides that he would like to secretly tape Bubba pulling his pranks and somehow get him to change. However, in the middle of Nolan’s project, he finds out that Bubba’s dad, Mr. Bixby, who is just like Bubba, is trying to get the mayor of the city to approve his renovation system project for the local pond. What he is telling the people of the city and what he plans to do are two different things. Now it has become Nolan’s job to figure out how to foil Mr. Bixby’s plan. I would recommend this film to anyone. I would rate this four Doves
