Best of Casper Vol. 1 contains ten cartoons. This DVD is about Casper the friendly Ghost and His three uncles who were rather mean to humans and animals. It frustrates them that Casper can’t be mean. Casper is always friendly to animals and people although whenever he shows up he frightens the adults. The baby animals and children are never afraid of him. He teaches them to never give up and that with a little confidence they can achieve whatever that want to.
