This television program has eleven cartoons. As in Volume one, Casper is friendly to both animals and people. The children seem to like him the best of all the ghosts. We also are introduced to Spooky who is a young ghost about the same age as Casper. Spooky likes to scare people and animals. Casper helps Spooky to become a nicer ghost. We also meet Wendy the friendly witch. Casper works very hard to make sad animals and children happy. He shows them that with a little effort they can do whatever they try to do.

This DVD shows young viewers they should be nice and look for the good in any situation. This television cartoon is awarded our Dove “Family-Approved” Seal.
