Dove Review

This was a well done cartoon for children of all ages. Max and Hermie appear first and have a discussion. Then they go to the story about “ Milo: The mantis who wouldn’t pray”. Milo runs a family business and all the insects go there for treats. Then there is a storm and it ravages Milo’s business and Hermie and Wormie try to help him. Then they decide he needs to pray. Milo doesn’t know how to pray, so the garden friends show him how.

God listens to Milo’s attempt to pray, and he helps Milo get the things he needs to rebuild his business. It takes awhile for Milo to understand God was giving him what he needs to build it again. Then Milo realizes it’s pretty easy to pray to God and that God does listen. The garden friends sing a song called, “Just can’t pray”. This movie is suitable for all ages. We gladly award this DVD our Dove “Family-Approved” Seal.
