This is a film that would be wonderful for the train enthusiast and small children. You will be able to see many different types of trains and beautiful scenery along the way. From mountains and trees to rock cliffs and waterfalls, bridges and lakes your eyes will see the beauty that God has created. Ride along as you go through many other countries and see how they use trucks, vans, and cars on the train tracks.
Some of the more unknown parts of the rails will be shown such as a manual train turn around. This is where men actually turn a caboose 180 degrees with their bare hands. Watch and you will see a train with a snow blower on it to clean heavy snow from the tracks. Also you will get to see the switching of train tracks so that a train will go in the correct direction. In the bonus section you see how a train is loaded with coal and Lionel’s new line of toy trains from 1962 vintage film. It could be a little hard for some people to watch since there is very little talking in this film. Overall though I believe you will enjoy the beauty and serenity of this film and therefore we are happy to award our Dove “Family-Approved” Seal to this film.
