Dove Review

“Pirates of Silicon Valley” is the narrated story of Bill Gates, founder of Microsoft, and Steve Job, founder of Apple Computers. It is creatively narrated by “Steve Ballmer” and “Steve Wozniak”, co-founders of Microsoft and Apple, respectively. This is a documentary type movie that follows the formation of the two giants of the computer age from the first ideas through the eventual partial merge of the companies. The dual narrating brought a creative aspect to a movie that could have gone either way in the interest department. I was a little worried about staying awake during a movie about the computer world, but I found myself drawn in and I actually learned a great deal! There are a few questionable subjects such as a drugs spot and a baby out of wedlock, but because it is a true story, Dove gives its stamp of approval
