Synopsis

A boy springs his younger brother from a group home, then eludes parents and officials as they set off for California to attend a video game championship.

Dove Review

This was a good film as it had good acting and a good plot. The film showed the true love of a brother to his emotionally troubled half-brother. The two embark on a journey to prove that the boy does not belong in a home away from his loved ones. On the journey they learn to trust and love each other and a special friendship blossoms. The family grows closer together and a father and son who at one point did not understand each other become close friends and actually enjoy each other’s company. There is some violence in the film, though not gratuitous, so we recommend it for ages twelve and above.
