The “Once Upon a Sign” series is wonderful for the deaf and hearing alike. These stories are told in American Sign language and include traditional storytelling plus the option of subtitles.
This film features the tale of “Jack and the Beanstalk” as a more modern version. It is an encouraging story for everyone, as it teaches ASL and brings to life the fairy tale for the whole family to be entertained. The wonderful actors and colorful animation make learning American Sign Language fun for everyone, and the episode even teaches a little lesson about recycling and clean air.
