Most of us have heard the story about the princess and the frog—how a prince was turned into a frog and only a kiss could change him back into a man. “Smooch” is a cute movie based on that story in a more modern setting.

Zoe loves the frog/prince tale a lot, so when she rescues a frog from school and kisses it before it falls, she believes that the man she finds on the ground is her transformed frog. Zoe doesn’t know that Percy, or Flynn as she calls him, is real royalty and talks him into become her nanny. Along the way he shows Gwen, Zoe’s mom, that there is life out there and that she can find true love again.
