This is a short, 30-minute fantasy trip with Dorothy and Toto back to the land of Oz. She meets a new friend, Jack Pumpkinhead, who tells her of an evil toymaker who wants to destroy the Emerald City. But as always Dorothy helps change things around by showing that it is never to late to change your ways. She also brings her family to Oz so they will always be with her. This little film highlights that home is where your heart is.
