“Best Friends” captures the adventures of a host of charming dogs as they travel and make new friends. Lu Lu and Zoey visit a shelter and adopt a little terrier puppy; Mattie helps her new friend Luke, a German shepherd, who was chained in a barn with no food or water; and the Russell brothers recount the adventure of when they rescued Cappy the Pirate Dog.

These stories about animals are wonderful and encourage viewers to consider what friendship means. The animal adventures also personify good manners, trust and encouragement. This cute movie, with its all-animal cast, will entertain the family.
