Will and Clayton are cousins (played by the Sprouse twins Dylan and Cole) who become detectives to find evidence to expose the real person who killed Mr. Potter. But they also need to find the killer so they can redeem themselves because they did not tell the truth about the night in question. Their troubles come from all sides and some important facts come to light, not only about the crime but also about each other.

This is a wonderful family movie filled with comedy, mystery and the mischievous twins who bring it to life. It also portrays the importance of friendship and family commitment even if it does not always benefit you. There is also the lesson that telling small lies sometimes turns into bigger lies.
