Dove Review

Many older generations have seen films with Bud Abbott and Lou Costello. Their comedic style was one of a kind. In this film they present a musical version of the classic tale Jack and the Beanstalk, adding wonderful music and slapstick comedy. Originally shown in 1952, it still has clean, wholesome comedy that is sometimes missing in today’s comedies.

Abbott and Costello are two special men that should always be remembered for their unique talents. This film is a classic from an era where imagination was left intact and harmless slapstick violence made everyone smile. It truly is a film that has the Dove Seal of Approval for all ages.
