At Christmas, Santa knows who is naughty and nice, and he and his elves are always watching. Some of Santa’s elves have gone on strike, and the demands on Santa become unreasonable. When a mall Santa gets attacked, the big jolly old fellow recruits some mischievous kids at the mall to help. The six teenagers Santa brings to his boot camp must learn that their actions do not make them a part of the nice list.

Santa comes to a conclusion that his problems won’t be settled this Christmas. Drake, Cedric, Sadie, Johnny, Cacie and Zoe make demands to go home, and the Elves union have their unreasonable demands, so Santa calls off Christmas. Can everyone work together to save Christmas?
