Danny and his lovable dog, Shelly, qualify for the Wiener Dog Internationals, but they have a problem. Dad is traveling to Paris, and he decides that the race is out of the question. Danny discovers that if they don’t go, Mrs. Merryweather will take their place. The comedy begins as soon as the competition does.

This is the continuous story of the Jack family and their lovable little dog with the amazing talent.
