Two people inherit the same house in a rural area, and they both come from different backgrounds. When Jenny, a inspiring chef, gets the news that she will inherit the house of her relative Emily, she is inspired to start a bed and breakfast. But Brian, who also inherits the house, is a Wall Street broker, and all he can think about is selling the place. So, to compromise, Jenny offers to buy him out when she makes a profit.

Due to some unforeseen events, Brian gets fired from his job and ends up on the doorsteps of the house with no place else to go. So Jenny and Brian decide to split the house and share it, not knowing it will bring them closer together as they prepare the bed and breakfast for inspection. But will something or someone come between them before they confess their real feelings for each other?
