Dinotrux: Season 1

Welcome to a world of giant creatures that are half dinosaur, half truck and all awesome in the new Netflix original series “DreamWorks Dinotrux!” Meet Ty Rux, a massive Tyrannosaurus Trux, and his best friend Revvitt, a razor-sharp Reptool. The Dinotrux and Reptools join forces for the first time ever to build a bigger, better world and battle against the biggest and baddest creature of all: D-Structs, who threatens to wreck everything they’ve built.

Dove Review

The first season of the animated series “Dinotrux” includes episodes 1 through 10. Dinotrux are robotic-type mechanical machines that look like dinosaurs. In the opening song, they “crush it, smash it, move it, lift it.” Each episode features a life lesson, like not being a bully, facing your fears, not being ashamed of being afraid of things, and being jealous of others. Its most important lesson is that of friendship and teamwork.

Ty Rux, Skya, Reptools, Dozer and TonTon work together. Even though they represent different types of dinosaurs, they show that they can get along and help each other. D-Structs is a bully, and the Scraptors want to destroy all of the Dinotrux, but through it all, the Dinotrux work together to solve their problems.

This wonderful series is great fun for the youngsters in the family. The Dinotrux offer the wisdom that young and old alike can get along with others no matter their differences. We are proud to award “Dinotrux: Season 1” the Dove “Family-Approved” Seal for all ages.
