Dove Review
“Faith’s Song” is a compelling and gripping story about a young woman named Faith who is persecuted for her belief in God. Following an accident in which she loses her parents, Faith, who is just 15, is forced to live with an uncle and aunt. The uncle and aunt had lost a child, and the uncle is bitter against God; and he takes it out on Faith. Faith deals with an entirely different life; she moves away to a different city and has to find a place in her new and unfamiliar surroundings. Her journey not only changes her, but those around her as well.
Faith has a beautiful voice, which explains the title of the film. This inspiring movie is awarded our Faith-Friendly Seal for ages 12-plus. This is well worth taking the 103-minute run time to watch! It is a story that makes it clear—change is possible, and hope is rewarded.
