Dove Review

Bob Hope and Bing Crosby star in this wonderful classic as a two-person musical team that ends up in the most exotic place—Bali. Dorothy Lamour co-stars as the princess of an island who has a very scheming cousin that cons the two men into diving for a lost treasure without letting them know the dangers that await them.

It is always hilarious when these two comedians and song men get together. With toe-tapping music and comical antics, it is never boring to watch. They fight over who will get the girl and always find a way to avoid disaster; plus from time to time they talk to the audience. This is one of many road pictures they did, truly a film for all ages. We award the “Road to Bali” the Dove Family-Approved Seal for all ages.
