Come to the Garden on Stage

Heaven is closer than you think!

God speaks to us in ordinary and extraordinary ways. Join effervescent storyteller and author Jennifer Wilder Morgan as she traces her unique journey, deepest fears, and life-changing discoveries—re-creating the private garden when she threw open her heart to the possibility of personal encounters with God.

Based on her highly acclaimed book, “Come to the Garden,” this uniquely immersive experience uses groundbreaking technology to create a fusion of live action and animation. In this sacred space, with guidance from her humorous guardian angel, Margaret, Jenn journeys through a human understanding of how God restores hope and healing to a broken and hurting world.

Dove Review

“Come to the Garden on Stage” is an inspiring story told by author Jennifer Wilder Morgan. Scenes of various gardens are seen on a screen, and the gardens are barren or blooming, based on what is going on in her life at the time. The audience responds as she gives this live performance about, essentially, her life. She speaks about her infertility problems, her husband’s departure from the marriage, and how God renewed her hopes after a time. She found a new life and God saw her through, which led to a new husband in her life. Kathie Lee Gifford sings a song and the voices of Louis Gossett Jr. and Chonda Pierce are heard.

We are pleased to award this live performance our Faith-Friendly Seal for all ages, although this dramatized story is not recommended for the very young. We award it three Doves.
