Bug Smarts 3 continues the merry and hilarious adventures of the gang, including Joe Croaker, Flutterfly, and Bartlebee. Joe Croaker is the comic relief in this movie. His over-the-top hilarious laugh is only matched by the jams he always seems to get himself into. But with his loyal friends like Bartlebee nearby, things always turn out okay. Even the female butterfly, Flutterfly, is there to help him, even when he gets obnoxious which he tends to do on occasion.

The movie features some peppy songs and interesting facts along the way to not only entertain but educate the young viewers who watch it. But Joe Croaker isn’t the only one to get into a jam. Cosmo comes across a small shopping cart but then it loses a wheel. He learns that triangle and square wheels will not do the trick. But a friend comes up with a round one, made out of a nasty but workable substance, and Cosmo is soon on his way. The film features several examples of characters helping one another out of jams. Even when Joe Croaker stubbornly tries to pollinate his own flower and makes a mess out of it, Flutterfly comes along to teach him how to do it right. The viewer is then treated to a lesson on how pollination works.

The humor helps keep the movie moving along, such as when Kirby Crab has enough of Joe’s superior attitude and grabs his toe and squeezes. Joe’s funny reaction is sure to give the viewers a good chuckle. This wholesome film is fun to view, and we are happy to present this third adventure our Dove seal for All Ages.
