Dooley and his friends had plans to go and play outside, but they were foiled when it started to rain. All the kids are sad and don’t know what to do. But Dooley and his friends show them that they can have just as much fun, if not more, playing inside. The kids and Dooley find a lot of fun things to do, and they keep playing even after the rain stops.
