The reason that I gave this movie a rating of 12+ is not because of any language or violence, but because the whole basis of this movie is death and I don’t believe that it’s something someone under 12 could properly comprehend. All in all, Meet Joe Black is a wholesome movie. It has superb actors who deliver a magnificent performance. And I really liked the storyline. Death takes a body and comes to stay with a man who he is going to “take” (Death is there to have the man die, and take him to heaven with him). But in a turn of events, the man’s daughter falls in love with the man who’s body Death takes and Death falls in love with her. It’s a very interesting story and I really loved this whole movie. I recommend that everyone who can understand the concept of death sees this movie.
