It is amazing what a teenager can do when he decides to put his mind to it. Based on a true story, this is an intriguing movie. The viewer watches the ups and downs that Simon has to battle to get his point across. With help from friends and family, some who are unlikely helpers, he finds a way to prove to the world that we have to protect the habitat of an endangered bear species.
Even though some parts of this movie are slow moving, the viewer will be captivated to see the outcome of Simon’s fight and how he accomplishes the endeavor. Dove gives this film a 12+ approval due to some language. There is a scene that could be scary for younger children when the bears are fighting, but nothing bloody is shown.
