Synopsis

Firefighter Frank is a hand-drawn animated cartoon told in a storybook format. The star of the cartoon is Andy, an eight-year-old little boy with a vivid imagination. Andy’s teacher gives the class a very important assignment, to look for fire violations at home. Andy doesn’t waste any time and before you know it, everyone in the neighborhood has received a fire citation. Andy looks for help with his fire safety project and spends a magical afternoon at the fire station with his uncle, Firefighter Frank. There he meets a colorful cast of characters: Hos’e, a Hispanic fire hose; Stubbs, a cranky New York fire hydrant; Stretch, the sturdy little ladder with a funny antics; and Spot, the Dalmatian who keeps things moving around fire station number seventy-six. Andy goes on the adventure of a lifetime and learns fire safety can be fun!
