Synopsis

Dive right into the swim of things with two precocious penguin friends, Scamper and Snowflake. In this family favorite, they make learning about Antarctica fun. Scamper may be small, but his thirst for knowledge and adventure is as big as the great outdoors. And he’s a brave little guy. It’s a good thing, too, since his curiosity leads the pair into danger.

Dove Review

This film takes you on an adventure to Antarctica with a inquisitive penguin named Scamper. Although it is slow moving at times, there is a great deal to learn from this story. Feature Films adds a Parents’ Guide for Family Discussion that helps cover some of the topics in this movie. We recommend this film for older children, eight and above, due to some scary content in the story.

Educating children is an important part of their life, especially when it comes to life’s dangers. Scamper teaches about strangers, life in Antarctica, and dangers that penguins face, just to name a few of the topics covered in this show.
