Dove Review

This thirty minute animated episode tells the story of not just Helen Keller but of her teacher, Anne Sullivan as well. You will be touched by the struggle that pupil, teacher, and parents go through in the effort to allow Helen to communicate with the world while laughing at the often humorous attempts of Helen to thwart her education.

This episode also deals with Helen’s father’s difficulty in dealing with his daughter’s illness and education. This topic shows children that parents do not always do the right thing but that they always have their children’s best interest at heart.
