The Dream Chasers

On the journey of a lifetime, two unlikely companions face gunslinging cowboys and their own personal family conflicts as they learn the importance of friendship, loyalty, and forgiveness. An ailing young boy and an old rocking-chair dreamer chase a life of adventure in the wild west. Inspired by the tall tales of the boy's idol, Butch Cassidy and other outlaws, they run away to the badlands of Wyoming to live out their fantasies where surprises await them every moment as they become "The Dream Chasers".

Dove Review

Herby has health problems and all he dreams about is visit Wyoming. His dad promises to take him there, but plans change and their trip gets canceled. Herby gets really upset so his shop owner friend whose shop just closed decides to take him on his trip. But things get kinda crazy when no one knows they are gone and they start to search for them.

This exciting movie for older kids is full of adventure and includes a western theme. There are a couple of scenes that are inappropriate such as when Herby takes a couple puffs of a cigar and he argues with his parents. But he eventually makes up with them. Due to some of the themes, we approve this film for ages twelve and above.
