Living Free

The heartwarming story of three lion cubs struggling to survive in one of nature's most treacherous settings is brought to life in LIVING FREE, the sequel to "Born Free." Set against the spectacular backdrop of East Africa, this true adventure continues the story of Joy and George Adamson (Susan Hampshire, Nigel Davenport) and Elsa, the lioness they once reaised and set free. Elsa returns to the Adamsons because she is dying. Joy and George are faced with the painful decision: should they shelter Elsa's cubs from the dangers of the African wilds, or should they set them free? A touching story of dedication and courage, "Living Free" confronts the dilemma of letting go or holding on to what you love.

Dove Review

“Living Free” is a great animal movie that focuses on the love of tigers. The viewer does not see much violence and it’s all about how the couple is trying to save three baby tiger cubs without harming them. The couple show great love for animals and keeping them free to live in the wild. They used many creative ways to make the cages safe and get the tigers in cages. This film has a message to all who watch about the importance of saving wild life and their need to be free. We gladly award our Dove “Family-Approved” Seal to this film.
