Synopsis

Everyone’s favorite blue engine puffs into new and uncharted territory. The first-ever feature length “Thomas and Friends” DVD release is narrated by Pierce Brosnan. Young engineers meet Stanley, the Island of Sodor’s newest engine, and follow the bouncing steam cloud to three new sing-along songs in a story where pride and prejudice get in the way of good work. Also featuring favorite engines James, Duncan, Gordon, Emily, Percy and Edward plus coach cars Annie and Clarabel.

Join Thomas in his biggest adventure ever when one day, while racing James across the Island of Sodor, Thomas discovers Great Waterton, a long-lost deserted Town high in the mountains. Everyone on the island is thrilled with his discovery and Sir Topham Hatt, controller of the railway, declares that the town will be restored.

Dove Review

Trains are always a great hit with little children. Pierce Brosnan brings to life Thomas and his friends as he narrates this story; a story that reveals the adventure of Thomas the little engine when he discovers a lost town. While on his adventure Thomas learns many things about himself. We happily award our Dove “Family-Approved” Seal to this DVD.
