Making use of the Halloween theme, this DVD has something for everyone. Barney tells about the fun in dressing up in costumes. Fireman Sam warns about the dangers of candles in carved pumpkins. Bob the Builder and Friends educate regarding bats; Angelina Ballerina and Thomas the Engine shows what happens when you scare someone. Great educational lessons are taught in each different story.
