This is a fascinating DVD which looks at several aspects of voice acting, including the different types of voice acting. The DVD covers voice work in acting, books on tape or CD, commercials, narration, and so on. The program includes experienced voice work actors such as Michelle Rodriguez, Julie Ann Taylor, Crispin Freeman, Bob Papenbrook and several others. Their voice of experience makes the program ring true with authenticity.

The importance of perseverance, and getting breaks is another area which the actors tackle. Some speak of taking improvisational classes and others find experience to be the best method. How programs are dubbed is a feature too. Many of the actors speak about the need for persistence in this field in order to be successful. There is some language in the DVD, but overall this is a fascinating program for families and children ages twelve and above, and we gladly award our Dove Seal to this DVD.
