This is a movie that deals with some of the issues that families deal with when there is a separation and divorce. Being estranged from his daughters for many years has caused some bitter feelings and Pete does not know what has been going on with his two daughters. He has missed graduations and a wedding. Now due to an unexpected illness he is experiencing a need to see family again, but not everyone is happy to see him.

This is a heartwarming story that might change some couples’ minds over a separation or even divorce and help them to explore reconciliation. It also reveals the resentment that children sometimes have in this situation. We are pleased to award this DVD our Dove Seal.
