Synopsis

Rental cars, motels, ironing clothes…Tim Hawkins is no rock-star. But he can tell you the worst Bible verses to put with your autograph.

“I’m No Rock-star” delivers 90 minutes of Tim’s twisted comedic arsenal including straight stand-up, acoustic guitar comedy, and full-blown rock concert bits. Recorded live at the Metro Center in Arlington, Texas, this performance is filled with fan-favorites: Quit the Choir, Dollar Store, Troubleshooting, Fire Ants to name a few plus a few song suggestions to make your wedding unforgettable.

So make your own sandwich, pop open a Tab and enjoy the show. It ain’t no Oklahoma Shakespeare Festival, but it’ll do….

Dove Review

Tim Hawkins is a Christian and talks about the Lord, God, and Jesus in very positive ways in this live concert. He tells jokes about himself, his wife, his kids along with his religion and other religions. Tim also plays guitar and sings as he takes old rock-n-roll classics and country songs, and changes the words to add his hilarious style. In this live concert he also jokes about motels, restaurants, different states and the Olympics. This is a laugh-out-loud funny DVD.

Due to some of the material it is recommended for ages twelve and older. This DVD is awarded our Dove “Family-Approved” Seal.
