Konrad

Konrad centers around a strange, technology-dominated method of placing children in appropriate foster homes. When a computer error sends Konrad (Huckleberry Fox), a seemingly ideal child, to an eccentric woman whose many quirks qualify her as a definite reject by the mysterious "birth factory's" standards, no one is prepared for the resulting chaos.

Dove Review

This is a cute little story that proves that there is no such thing as the perfect child or the perfect family. Can you imagine receiving a child that you just add water to, and then you now have a “perfect” eight year old child in your family? That is what happens to Berti when she gets a delivery that is truly unexpected. Konrad, Berti and Mr. Thomas learn some important lessons along the way about what makes a family, that life doesn’t always go according to plan and that accidents are what keeps life from being perfect. In addition is the theme of the importance of being fair. This is a charming movie for the entire family. We award “Konrad” our Dove “Family-Approved” Seal for all ages.
