The Dogfather

A British bulldog named Sonny is owned by a Mafia Don. One day Sonny swallows the Don’s family ring and then runs away. The Don sends two of his best men to track down Sonny and retrieve the ring. Meanwhile, Sonny is adopted. This event turns the Dad’s life upside-down. The family has no idea who Sonny’s real owner is, nor do they know that the mafia is trying to find Sonny.

Dove Review

Everyone loves and can’t resist a movie about animals. It does not matter if they can talk or not. Here is a dog movie that the viewer will not soon forget. Sonny is not just an ordinary bulldog. He has connections and finds himself on the run even though his new family doesn’t have any idea.

The comedy never stops as you watch the bulldog make fools out of the mobsters who are trying to find him, and the dad thinks that Sonny is out to get him. This movie will put a smile on anyone’s face whether young or old. In all of this entire story there is a message that families have to stick together even if one member is a dog. We present this film the Dove “Family-Approved” 12+ Seal, recommended for 12 and older due to some of the content.
