This is a charming story about a part of every day life that we sometimes do not take the time to look at. Jessica Tandy gives a wonderful portrayal of the matronly story lady with wisdom and the importance of family. She demonstrates that everyone can stay true to one’s self regardless of the outside forces that try to change a person. The film also enlightens families to look at those around you to see if your actions are creating hurt feelings.
