Synopsis

Grace Mc Queen has a gift for storytelling that brings a troubled family together during Christmastime and envelopes them in a world of imagination. When Grace is offered her own TV show she must decide between becoming a celebrity and staying true to herself. “The Christmas Story Lady” is a heartwarming tale about the importance of being true to yourself and spending time with your family, much in the spirit of the classic film “Miracle on 34th Street.”

Dove Review

This is a charming story about a part of every day life that we sometimes do not take the time to look at. Jessica Tandy gives a wonderful portrayal of the matronly story lady with wisdom and the importance of family. She demonstrates that everyone can stay true to one’s self regardless of the outside forces that try to change a person. The film also enlightens families to look at those around you to see if your actions are creating hurt feelings.

This is truly a cute Christmas story of love and lessons for the entire family to enjoy. This is one to add to any holiday collection. The Dove “Family Approved” Seal is happily awarded to this sweet holiday DVD.
