This is a nicely told story of redemption and forgiveness starring Genie Francis as Peyton MacGruder and Ted McGinely as King Danville. A baby is left on their doorstop by a teen girl named Violet who had the child out of wedlock. The mother cares for the child and wants it raised in a good home. The couple cares for the child and this is Peyton’s chance to be a mother after a past incident prevented her from doing so.
The story focuses on reuniting the child and Violet after a tragic event claims the baby’s father’s life. Something good happens to Peyton and King in the end and the viewer should be pleased with the conclusion. We are happy to award our Dove Seal to this movie as a family-friendly film.
