This movie has enough funny moments to make it enjoyable for the family. One such scene includes the squirrel becoming attached to the ice by means of his tongue. His struggle to get loose makes for some fun viewing. However, there are two things which need to be mentioned: There are some sexual innuendos in the film; also, a turtle named Stu doesn’t survive and I heard one young girl in the audience repeatedly ask her mother if Stu died. She seemed to be genuinely concerned. So, parents should be cautious in taking very young children to the film. Yet, for the adults, the scene became humorous when another animal tried to sell Stu’s shell as a “mobile home.” One character sees a dam and says the word in a way that makes it sound like a profanity. Also, referring to a burro, the word “wilda*s” is used three times, as in donkey. Overall, the story is amusing and clean and we award this film four Doves.
