What would you do if you lost your job in mid-life? Well, Billy and Nick wind up taking jobs as interns with Google. As they explore their “Googliness”, they compete with their team against several others to win a place on staff at the monolithic search engine company. Billy and Nick learn to work with their young team to solve problems and build a positive spirit in their less than confident compatriots.
Many positive themes abound here such as “you can do anything you set your mind to”, thinking outside of the box and that the value of wisdom and experience are to be heeded. Unfortunately, a few things spoil this otherwise likeable movie. First, this is a two hour commercial for Google, second, the overt sexuality is unnecessary and third, the language is foul and plentiful. Due to the unsavory content in this film, we cannot recommend it for the family.
