Bugtime Adventures: Construction Woes

The Story of the Tower of Babel. Nimrod oversees construction of a huge tower intended to be so high it will reach to God. But God has a plan to stop the building project. Soon everyone is speaking different languages, resulting in chaos, frustration, and an end to the project. Morale is low in Bugglesville after they lose a contest, so acting mayor Antoni suggests a community project to bring them all together again. By working together, a potential disaster is averted.

Dove Review

“Bugtime Adventures” brings this wonderful story from the Bible to life through the eyes of bugs. This adventure is the story of Nimrod and the Tower of Babel, and how Antoni, the little ant of Bugglesville, helps the town when pride gets in the way of doing the right thing.

Antoni is put in charge while the mayor is away and tries to find ways to make their little village a winner again. Nimrod, on the other hand, wants to be the greatest and forgets what God wants for the people. Together both man and bug learn a valuable lesson about letting their own wants stand in the way of working together.

The “Bugtime Adventures” are a charming way to entertain young viewers and tell stories from the Bible in a creative way that all will enjoy and learn valuable lessons from. We are proud to award this episode of “Bugtime Adventures: Construction Woes” with the Dove “Faith-Friendly” Seal for all ages.
