Frankie the squirrel is released from the zoo, which the animals consider as prison. When Frankie returns to his home turf, he finds that the acorns are all gone, and the animals who rely on the nuts will not survive winter if he doesn’t do something to find them.

Not wanting to hurt his lady squirrel, he does not tell her he has to do this job. He gathers some zany characters to pull of the ultimate forest heist. This animated film presents all the adventure of a spy movie, action of a hijack, a little romance between Lola and Frankie, and the hilarious animal characters.
