Two young girls plan get puppies for Christmas from Santa by doing good deeds for a Grumpy old neighbor. Little do the girls know that he’s a disgruntled Angel sent to find good in the world. Over the next five days, they all learn the true meaning of the Christmas spirit…to love and to give.
In Project: Puppies for Christmas, Christmas really is the season of giving! It is like a chain of kindness and small, humble miracles that never cease to end. What begins as two girls’ ploy to get puppies—by spending time with their grumpy, lonesome neighbor in a week’s worth of good deeds and Christmas cheer—turns into the realization that it is giving, not getting, that makes the holidays so special and meaningful. This wonderful message is easily detectible for all family members! The film takes audiences through every one of these activities; every act of service and kindness is fully realized. By the end, we realize how good we feel simply by being a part of these kind acts of service, so much so that the heart is warm and smiles are in abundance! Dove is proud to award Project: Puppies for Christmas its approval for All Ages.
