Synopsis

In this hilarious, action-packed thrill ride, Eddie Murphy teams up with Owen Wilson. A super-powerful experimental spy plane is stolen by an evil arms dealer, and is about to be handed over to an international terrorist. The U.S. Government drafts an egotistical boxing star (Murphy) to join a suave special agent (Wilson) on a dangerous top-secret mission to get the plane back. Armed with the latest high-tech gadgets and a whole lot of attitude, this ultimate odd couple might be able to save the world – if they can just get along. Dove Review

The unexpected twists in this movie kept my attention until the end. Thanks to the editing, Eddie Murphy was surprisingly entertaining. Unfortunately, there is still an exceeding amount of violence in the film, even with the edits. There is one incident of stabbing as well as lots of shooting, though no blood was shown. Because Murphy plays a boxer, there are also some boxing scenes. Because of some of the violent scenes Dove has rated this edited version at a 12+.
