Dove Review

This is a heartwarming drama about a mentally challenged woman named Sarah, who has been taken care of all her life by her “mother”, Rose. Upon the older woman’s death, it’s decided Sarah is going to be taken care of by her own daughter Mary Beth, who Rose left as guardian in her will. Mary Beth learns family secrets about herself and a few about her mother as she tries to decide what is right for both of them.

This is a dramatic story about a relationship between a mother and daughter which features healing, growing up and letting go. It is entertaining and teaches how to treat others who may be different. Dove awards “About Sarah” our Dove “Family-Approved” Seal for ages 12 and over.
